Seasons greetings to you, friend. May this New Year bring some healing to our national psyche, as The Decider was wont to call it, and to the world as well.
Peace.

"Only when you drink from the river of silence shall you indeed sing.
And when you have reached the mountain top, then you shall begin to climb.

Happy Christmas and let's look forward to January 8th when those December retail numbers come in. Joy, joy.
Wrote Wild Clover:
Thank You Sir, and a happy Christmas to all. I'll bring by some leftovers later to share, assuming I get off my butt and go finish cooking :) We're doing an experimental sausage/acorn squash/potato and rosemary stuffing...I did a sausage/pumpkin at Thanksgiving that was quite yummy.
Wrote trog69:
What a wonderful gift. Peace to you, and everyone visiting here.
As I count my blessings, I shall now include the fact that I still like pork products, assuming Wild Clover's many leftovers , after having to finish off that punkin-shaped sausage. Whew!
Did you carve a face on it? Now that woulda been cool!
Wrote Dark Wraith:
Thank goodness Christmas is about over: this thread is starting to turn a little weird.
The Dark Wraith tries to run a non-weird Website, here, y'know.

Their old, familiar carols play,
And wild and sweet

Of peace on earth, good-will to men.

A beautiful Christmas greeting, dear friend Wraith.
Thank you for the pleasure of being in your company.
And thank you for your guidance in our journeys.
Merry Christmas
The Road goes ever on and on
Down from the door where it began.
Now far ahead the Road has gone,
And I must follow, if I can,
Pursuing it with eager feet,
Until it joins some larger way
Where many paths and errands meet.
And whither then? I cannot say.
